IDI GLOBAL was established to promote and support the development of individuals and organizations on their own improvement tracks. IDI GLOBAL affiliates are trainers and advisors operating for a number of years on European market of training and advisory services, promoting pro-active measures and attitudes connected with the development and gaining experiences in the co-operation with international companies.

Operations of IDI GLOBAL comprise open training, company-focused (closed) training, improvement workshops, as well as individual and corporate advisory services.

IDI GLOBAL has been employing the trainers’ experience and state-of-the-art achievements of contemporary psychology to intensify the efficiency of development measures: training, workshops, individual and organization consulting.
